As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will be the vital link between the company and Spanish and English-speaking customers, providing effective solutions and an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities.
Customer Service.
Respond to customer queries and requests.
Bilingual Communication.
Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, translating when necessary.
Problem Solving.
Identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
Data Recording.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Customer Education.
Provide information about products/services.

Work with other departments to address customer issues.
