Monday to Friday 800 AM to 540 PMOperations
815 am to 615 pm Monday to Friday, 715 am to 315 pm Saturday, Off on Thursday and SundayRequirements
Fluent conversational skills in both English and Spanish B2 level or higher.
Previous Call Center experience, ideally in a customer service environment
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with calm and professionalismPleaseNoteWhilepreviousexperienceisnotmandatory,itwillbeconsideredduringtheselectionprocess.Candidatesshouldalsobeflexiblewithfutureschedulechanges,includingthepossibilityofworkingonweekends.
