Job Details
Location Onsite work in the Guadalupe Nuevo León, Mision del Valle area.
Schedule Monday to Friday from 800 AM to 500 PM.
Salary 25,000 MXN per month.
Weekly payment.
Legal benefits, including IMSS Mexican Social Security Institute.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support efficiently, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage customer requests in both languages Spanish and English clearly and professionally.
Document and follow established procedures to escalate complex cases when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a quick and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
