We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of Bilingual Call Center Customer Service, this role is responsible of attending client requirement in financial services through phone calls and keep sticked to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-money Laundering and Compliance Best Practices.
Principal Responsibilities of the Role.
·       Analysis and Review of client support requirements based on the best practices thought during the onboarding of the role ·       Review of quality and correct process following within the bank protocols for client attention ·       Keep in contact with stakeholders and mangers of the area to update reports Requirements for the Role.
·        Advanced Conversational English Skills to maintain effective conversations with international clients and stakeholders ·       Experience on Customer Service or Call Centers ·       University finished or in process of titillation that will be completed in 1 year of 6 months ·       1 year of experience on Call Centers focused on Customer Support and Service is a plus that will be consider to upgrade compensation offer.
