s a Battery Systems Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design and release teams in manufacturing and battery assembly plants.
Your expertise will ensure that our high-voltage batteries pass End of Line (EOL) tests at our Pilot Plant in CTC.
You will collaborate with BMS SW and HW leads, Pack Integration and Module DRE, software engineers, chief engineers, and build coordinators to resolve system-level battery issues efficiently.
ey Responsibilities.
erform Battery EOL testing for various HV batteries assembled in the CTC Pilot plant.
ssist in issue troubleshooting and document/track issues.
nalyze EOL data using Vector CAN tools, INCA, or plant tester diagnostic tools.
upport root cause problem-solving activities.
anage module voltage variation correction to optimize pack assembly.
erform flashing of BPCM/CSC and ensure proper pairing.
id in change control and establishment of clean points.
ocument new requirements, best practices, and lessons learned.
upport pilot vehicle triage and systems level troubleshooting of battery packs.
ualificationsBasic Qualifications.
achelor's degree in engineering.
dvance English and Spanish level, B2 or above preferred.
trong systems engineering knowledge and analytical problem-solving skills.
xperience with data acquisition and diagnostic tools.
INCA, Vector tools.
CANalyzer.
xcellent communication skills.
eam-oriented with a proactive attitude.
roficiency in application engineering principles.
igh attention to detail and process-oriented.
egally eligible to work in Mexico.
referred Qualifications.
lectrical Engineering degree with 2-3 years of automotive industry experience (can include School projects).
igh Voltage Battery or High Voltage powertrain experience.
xperience with electronic system level troubleshooting and embedded controls.
nderstanding of diagnostics fundamentals.
xtensive hands-on use of INCA, CDA, CAN, CANalyzer, Canoe, and other electrical root cause tools.
