Los solicitantes deben esforzarse por alcanzar la excelencia en un ambiente de trabajo acelerado.
Debe poder responder a las necesidades de los huéspedes brindándoles un conocimiento excepcional sobre licores, cocteles y vinos, así como información sobre los métodos de preparación.
Funciones.
- Elaborar cócteles de autor y tomar la iniciativa de ser creativos en el diseño del cóctel perfecto para satisfacer las expectativas de nuestros huéspedes.
- Responsabilidad de organizar y controlar las operaciones del bar.
- Cumplir con todos los estándares de alimentos, bebidas y sanidad de Four Seasons y el Departamento de Salud.
- Almacenenar reabastezcer y organizar los artículos necesarios en la barra.
- Ayudar con el inventario diario y los pedidos.
- Anticipar las necesidades de los huéspedes, determinar su satisfacción, ofrecer sugerencias y responder de manera adecuada a las inquietudes y solicitudes de los huéspedes.
Conocimientos y habilidades.
- Brindar el mejor servicio de su clase y poder conectarse con los huéspedes creando experiencias, recuerdos y demostrando los mejores toques del servicio de lujo.
- Comprender y familiarizarse con los éstandares de calidad y servicio del hotel.
Experiencia y educación.
- Habilidad de hablar inglés y español.
- Experiencia previa en coctelería.
Horarios.
- Rotativo de domingo a domingo con 1 día de descanso a la semana.
- Este puesto requiere un solicitante con un horario flexible, capaz de trabajar en turnos de mañana y tarde, fines de semana y feriados.
