We are constantly developing our skills and knowledge of the industry while we also make sure to have a bit of fun in life! As an Inbound Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue through effective inbound strategies.
In collaboration with the B2B Growth Marketing Manager, you will focus on developing and executing these strategies with the goal of generating both organic and paid leads for our B2B sales team.
The ideal candidate must be a driven, self-starting individual capable of making comprehensive decisions.
Must have advanced English proficiency.
Must be located in Mexico.
While this role is a fully remote position, the working hours and holidays are adjusted to our HQ in Canada, with flexibility for start and end times.
Primary Responsibilities.
Content Strategy.
You'll play a core role in defining, developing and overseeing the execution of our B2B Content Strategy alongside the B2B Growth Marketing Manager.
You'll work with a team of technical and non-technical resources, such as content writers and our graphic designer.
PPC and SEO Strategy.
Aligning with the B2B Growth Marketing Team on the targeting strategy, you'll take the lead on driving relevant traffic to our website via link building, search ads, paid media, influencers, social and content syndication while managing the inbound marketing budget and delivering on-target RoAS.
Social Media Strategy.
You'll take the lead on defining and executing social media posts, audience building and driving engagement.
Additionally, you'll leverage your extensive marketing expertise to.
Define and execute content tactics on social media and other organic and paid platforms to attract a high volume of visitors, as well as improve actual content engagement.
Conduct ongoing and in-depth analyses to extract data-driven insights from conversion and campaign reporting, leveraging these insights to optimize and adjust your overall efforts.
Manage campaign ROIs and KPIs while overseeing the inbound marketing budget.
Manage potential external suppliers for inbound marketing, including PR agencies, link-building agencies, copywriters, freelancers, and brand ambassadors.
Work alongside the SDRs and B2B Growth Marketing team as one overall B2B revenue unit, championing alignment and driving growth.
The Process To achieve the defined KPIs, the Inbound Marketing Specialist will engage in a structured process encompassing several strategic actions.
First, conduct regular content audits to identify high-performing content and gaps.
This involves creating and promoting high-quality content tailored to target personas on various platforms while optimizing existing content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
Implementing on-page and off-page SEO techniques will help increase organic traffic, and developing and managing PPC campaigns will drive targeted paid traffic.
Conducting thorough keyword research will identify opportunities and optimize content.
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor social media metrics continuously and adjust strategies to improve performance, engaging with followers and responding to comments to build a strong community.
In terms of lead generation and nurturing, create and optimize lead magnets such as eBooks and whitepapers to capture leads.
Develop targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture these leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance lead nurturing processes.
Collaboration and coordination are key.
Work closely with the SDRs and B2C Marketing teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
Collaborate with external suppliers, including PR agencies and link-building agencies, to enhance marketing efforts.
Participate in regular strategy meetings to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Performance tracking and optimization are crucial.
Set up correct end-to-end tracking for campaigns and monitor analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track campaign performance.
Analyze data to identify trends and insights, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives.
Lastly, continuously improve processes.
Standardize processes for content creation, lead generation, and campaign management.
Regularly evaluate and improve workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement based on performance data.
The Ideal Candidate Requirements.
3-5 years of experience in digital/online marketing Ideally you'll have some agency experience Knowledge in SEO, SEM, Social Ads, CMS systems Expertise in content strategy, PPC, email marketing, and social media HubSpot Inbound certification Knowledge of marketing automation Understanding of CRO strategies Familiarity with marketing-sales alignment techniques (Smarketing) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to budgets and deadlines Experience in an agile environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to drive the inbound strategy and implementation Experience in campaign ROI and brand KPI management Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken Experience working with CRMs and sales enablement platforms, like HubSpot Team player with impressive communication skills, adaptability, and a professional demeanor Who you are and what you will bring to the table.
