At Experis TI we are looking for a AWS DATA TEAM LEAD to work under a hybrid scheme (2-3 to office) * Lead a team of data professionals and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data solutions that meet business objectives.
* Design, develop, and implement data models, data warehouses, and data pipelines using AWS services such as Redshift, Ge, and Spark.
Requirements.
* 5+ years of experience leading a data team.
* 5+ years of experience working with AWS services such as Redshift, Glue, and Spark.
* Strong experience with SQL and data modeling.
* Strong experience with data analysis and reporting.
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Strong understanding of data governance and compliance.
* Excellent leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Nice to Have.
* Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
* Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
* Experience with data quality and data cleansing.
* Experience with Agile methodologies.
* Certification in AWS, SQL, or data modeling.
