AUTOMOTIVE DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER

The project manager (PM Leader) is the STAFF position who leads the effort for the initiatives taken at digital development inside the NMEX plants.
Needs to choose the resources, establish schedule and immediate objectives, organize teams and supervise the activities to manage the project and report to the stakeholders.
The Project Leader needs to be end to end involved at the project and clearly identify the responsible team who will receive the responsibility for productive phase of the initiative; also is the reference person for all the team involved in the project.
The position will work with product-related packages and have interaction with cloud based services and infrastructure responsible to maintain and develop actual and new solutions inside NMEX.
Position is for attention in the plant and office site.

methodology) in regards of kind of project, timing, and specific goals due the nature of the project PM Leader is the coordinator for several projects in order to stablish the tasks that needs to be performed at each phase of the projects under his scope.
Education.
Systems Engineer / BI tools, reports, and analytics.
Experience.
Preferable experienced at Power Tool, PowerBI, Tableau and Google toolkit for analytics; familiar with scoreboarding.
Experienced with plant projects in automotive industry.
Experienced as Data Analyst is highly preferable Experience with Power Tools.
Office360, Power BI are highly desirable.
Job Knowledge and Skills.
Skills and understanding for computer programming languages as C++, C#.
ET, Phyton, logic comprehension and systems development methodology.
Project Management and Project Leadership are the main keys for the position.
System Development Methodologies.
Familiarity with methodologies such as Waterfall, SMART, or similar approaches to manage project execution according to its nature and objectives.
Motivated, communication abilities and influence, decision making, cross-functional / cross-cultural nature, ability for negotiation with different areas.
Excel (advanced level).
Tools.
Office360, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Excel, Python, C++, C#.
ET, operating systems (endpoints and servers), basic knowledge of data networks and System Development Methodologies as Waterfall, SMART.
Language.
Advanced English - B2-C1 Travel Required.
Scope of operation includes all NMEX plants, based in A1.
