#WelcomeToCognizant! We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as QA Engineer (both manual and automation testing, more focus in automation) (CET timezone) What you’ll do.
· Automation, Production and Deliver.
· Oversee the development and execution of automated and manual test cases using Selenium, TestNG, and other tools.
· Provide expertise in PL/SQL and SQL to validate data integrity and perform backend testing.
· Utilize Jira for test management and defect tracking to ensure all issues are documented and resolved promptly Collaborate with development teams using Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
· Integrate testing processes with GITHUB and Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
Conduct REST/API service testing to ensure robust and scalable web services.
· Perform detailed test and defect management to maintain high standards of software quality.
· Utilize ALM for test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
· Engage in manual testing to validate user interfaces and user experiences.
· Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications.
Experience in Industrial Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management.
· PL/SQL, · Selenium · Jira · TestNG · Java or Csharp · Test and Defect Management · Scrum, · GITHUB · Jenkins,, REST/API Service Testing, and Test and Defect Management.
· DevOps tools.
