pply software skills to focus on testing strategy, governance, and test support for projectsCollaborate with the team to help make well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous testing issues and establish the test approach and direction for the project.
ork closely with other stakeholders & teams across Ford CreditCollaborate within an agile team providing input for product backlog, sprint planning, story development and testing, demos, and team retrospectiveProvide estimates and timelines for test automation and projectsDefine, establish, extend and maintain test automation libraries, frameworks and tooling solutions, primarily focused on Automated Smoke, Functional and Regression Testing effortsCreate and execute system, regression, and integrated tests across multiple environments as changes are promoted and staged for productionDevelop and execute test automation scripts using tools\/frameworksIncorporate test automation into CI \/ CD processGain test script sign off from QA\/Dev Managers on the test scripts.

hat you’ll needEnglish proficiency (written and verbal).
achelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study.
Ability to convert complex business, technical requirements and use cases to test cases and test plans.
xperience working on cloud and digital platforms.
xperience with Lean and Agile methodologies & eXtreme Programming.
+ years of experience in development of automation test cases preferable in a SaaS environment.
trong hands-on experience with Cypress, Selenium or RestAssured for automation frameworks.
uperior JavaScript skills required.
&C Insurance industry experience required.
ven better if you have.
xperience working directly with JMeter, LoadRunner, Karate API, YAML, Postman.
uperior knowledge of agile best practices, continuous testing in a CI\/CD environment such as GCP DevOps.
xperience with SCM tools like GitHub, JIRA, familiarity with SQL.
xperience with Cucumber (BDD) is a plus.
asic knowledge of Cloud Architecture, Cloud Security; Cloud platforms.
