AUTOMATION LEADER

Automation Leader Job Purpose The Automation Leader will be responsible for supervising and directing all group operations to ensure the efficient and effective integration of automation equipment into the different factory processes.
This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, managing complex projects, maintaining close relationships with factory departments, guaranteeing the scope of the metrics established for the group.
Responsibilities Create an automation roadmap.
Develop a strategic roadmap for the implementation of automation technologies in manufacturing.
Manage automation projects.
Plan, execute and monitor automation projects.
Implement automation projects.
Conduct performance evaluations and manage the professional development of team members.
Manage change, facilitate the adoption of new technologies and automation processes.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, graduate degree in management or automation engineering is preferred.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in automation project management or a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment.
Project Management Certification.
SIX SIGMA certifications (preferred).
Advanced English.
Computer Aided Design (CAD), Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data Analytics, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
