ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR DDIT SOLUTION DELIVERY DATA & ANALYTICS

Summary -Senior Specialist for project delivery and/or operations in the given business sub-capability.
Partner with Business Stakeholders and TT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery.
About the Role About the Role.
Develop a strategic capability to create product/services roadmaps from concept to development to launch, encompassing technology adoption, product engineering, service design, security and compliance, and business process change.
Incubate and adopt emerging technologies and launch products/services faster with rapid prototyping & iterative methods to prove and establish value.
For identified technologies, launch to enterprise scale, ensuring value is derived.
Focus and align innovation efforts with the Business strategy, IT strategy, and legal/regulatory requirements.
Establish and update strategies, implementation plans, and value cases to implement emerging technologies.
Drive innovation using appropriate people, processes, partners, and tools.
Identify and develop digital capabilities & ecosystem partnerships in alignment with Digital strategy and in support of TSA and Enterprise Innovation.
Key Responsibilities.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to.
Has end-to-end accountability for services and products that are incubated, established, and delivered across cross-functional business areas.
Serves as point of escalation, review, and approval for key issues and decisions Steers the Solution Design Take decisions on the resource and capacity plans in line with Business priorities and strategies and close collaboration with delivery teams Decides on continuous improvement within the team Decides on the program timeline, governance, and deployment strategy Essential Requirements.
University Degree and/or relevant experience and professional qualifications Track record delivering global solutions at scale Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment Solid understanding of Analytical and technical frameworks for descriptive and prescriptive analytics.
Solid understanding and knowledge of data product solution design in a cloud environment Awareness of Data product change Management and risk mitigation.
Monitoring and improving data product service delivery offerings.
Strong collaborative interactions with customer-facing business teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management, ideally with a consulting background.
Data product-centric approach to defining solutions.
Collaborate with business in gathering requirements, grooming product backlogs, driving delivery, and ongoing data product enhancements.
Agile delivery experience managing multiple concurrent delivery cycles.
Sound understanding of Data Design, Data Science, AI (GenAI) concept and principles Sound foundation in Analytical Data life cycle management Why Novartis.
