Lead the management of all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
Maintain oversight of the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
Ensure all financial practices adhere to statutory legislation and regulations, including overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting as required by law.
Analyze and report on financial performance to executive management, providing advice on budget planning and profit optimization.
Manage and streamline accounts payable and receivable processes, improving cash flow and financial health of the company.
Direct internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls, coordinating activities with external audit firms.
The Profile Qualifications.
Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional accounting qualifications such as CPA or CMA preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in a financial management role, with significant exposure to the security or technology sectors.
Comprehensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a deep understanding of accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial models.
Knowledge of international sales tax laws.
Demonstrated leadership ability, integrity, and reliability in previous financial roles.
