Application Support Analyst - Enterprise Commissions Position Overview.

As an Application Support Analyst - Enterprise Commissions, you will.
Ensure stable operation and reliability of Microsoft-focused infrastructure and applications across the portfolio, meeting business expectations.
Collaborate with application development and business teams to drive operational readiness, roadmap definition, and continuous service improvement for new and existing applications, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
Maintain expertise in ITIL processes and manage incident and problem resolution, focusing on minimizing impact and improving operational health.
Articulate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, particularly within Microsoft environments.
Participate in significant upgrade initiatives and ensure all Microsoft technology-driven solutions and documentation are up-to-date.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, emphasizing proficiency in Microsoft technologies and cloud infrastructure.
About You.

Robust experience supporting applications built primarily on Microsoft technologies, including.
