\n App Dev & Support Engineer II \n   \n Responsibility Statements \n \n Designs, develops documents, tests, and debugs new and existing software systems and applications.
\n Transforms business requirements into system definitions and clear solutions.
\n Communicates using flowcharts, data flow diagrams and unified data language.
\n Serves as a technical expert on development projects.
\n Participates in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.
\n Understands various software architecture and implementation methods.
\n Identifies gaps in system/requirements software development model.
\n Creates technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
\n Supports maintains and documents software functionality.
\n Analyzes codes to find causes of errors and revises programs.
\n Participates in code reviews and software design meetings.
\n Examines user needs to determine technical requirements.
\n Consults with end-users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs.
\n Conducts tasks and assignments as directed.
\n Works under minimal supervision with the ability to make independent judgments, as required.
\n Performs other duties as assigned.
\n Complies with all policies and standards.
\n \n Skills and experience.
\n \n At least 3 years of experience as \".
ET Developer\" \n Required experience developing in Microsoft.
et environment, preferably C# \n Required Knowledge of ASP.
Net \n Required knowledge of ASP.
