YOUR ROLE Must have detailed technical knowledge of clientus products to be able assemble and deliver to customer on time.
Ensures customer understanding of Digital payment topics, provide trainings and knowledge sharing sessions to customer development teams.
Ensures quality commitments to our customers, their satisfaction with the product and provided services.
Supports the R&D team by suggesting product enhancements, new features and by providing customer feedback.
Participate on customer meetings (remote) with possibility of on-site, if necessary, you will be on-site at least once a week.
Collaborate regularly with engineering R&D team based in Europe and Asia, and Regional Technical Leaders/PMus worldwide.
YOUR PROFILE University degree in Computer Related Sciences or similar.
At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer or similar.
Experience with development and validation activities preferably in Java and Swift (Android and iOS platforms).
Must be interested in mobile applications, experience with customer communication and customer delivery.
Experience in mobile development (Android/ iOS / Hybrid apps) is required due the main task is offering support to clients which has their own development team and their own codebase, so the engineer needs to understand key concepts of how applications are built.
It would be preferred if has detailed experience with mobile platforms, libraries, tools, and SDK development.
Must be fluent in English, good customer related mindset and attitude.
Daily meetings with Prague team and SDK documentation are full English.
We would like someone to join our team who is proactive, independent in task, self-organized, analytical, problem solver.
Please note that this is a Hybrid position, youull be required to work at least once a week in CDMX.
