We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Analytics Product Owner OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE Create roadmap and define strategic vision for Analytics and Planning Solutions in alignment with stakeholders Build close relationships and manage dependencies with key business stakeholders and supporting teams aligned with overall strategy and objectives Ensure business value is delivered linked to the deployment of Analytics and Planning Solutions through defined and agreed KPI’s and SLA’s.
Deliver and operate within an agile methodology integrating continuous feedback and industry best practive to enhance user satisfaction and ensure a customer driven design is put first Deliver strategic and operational change Manage a work stream on a client facing engagement Work as part of a high performing team, mentoring junior members of staff ACCOUNTABILITIES Define or Contribute to Analytics and Planning Governance Framework and tools Ownership and leadership of User Community based engagement and continuous improvements Leadership and representation in Demand Management processes to ensure and secure the Planning/Analytics roadmap and pipeline Management of related budget and projects to ensure Financial Objectives are met and on track Acquisition and management of contractors and internal resources to deliver services Ownership of the technical architecture and technical roadmap to ensure continous and planned investment is in place Leadership to define and then manage System based metrics, KPI’s and support SLA’s to ensure system availability is maintained and monitored DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise (Breadth and depth of knowledge, application and complexity of technical knowledge) 10+ years hands-on experience of SAP SAC, BWO and current SAP Analytics platforms Expertise in the delivery of an operational SAP BW / SAP Analytics Cloud suite reporting environment(s) Experience / Knowledge linked to Hana / SAP Analytics Cloud capabilities and functionality including planning Full understanding of the features and limitations of SAP BW & HANA and/or SAP DataSphere Ability to recommend best practices for configuring SAP BW on HANA and/or SAP DataSphere considering the overall architecture to achieve integration, high performance and stability Ability to work as a visualization expert to implement the best visualization stories for customer’s business KPI’s Experience working across all phases of SAC implementations; leading requirements gathering workshops, developing functional specifications, designing technical specifications, system development/configuration, test script development and execution, knowledge transfer, cutover and deployment Experience in SAC Advanced formulas and Analytics Designer Experience in the Pharmaceutical business model and baseline reporting requirements and processes Experience with Planning solutions like Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) is a plus.
