AIRCHECKS COORDINATOR TEMPORARY

Quality Control and Grade all Podcast (Baked-in and Dynamic), and Radio against the provided script and client compliance before the listed client calls/deadlines.● Send weekly aircheck reports to the account director and campaign manager.● Upload Airchecks Request documents to the Vendor database● Work with the Media team to confirm missing aircheck receipts with networks.● Accurately label the reasons for missing airchecks on the Vendors’ database.● Promptly notify the media team and accounts team of discrepancies between booked and cleared media schedules based on aircheck data.● Accurately fill out the radio airchecks toolkit documenting the shows that ran based on the post-logs.● Flag any “auto-grading” errors to vendors● Manage internal and client-facing toolkits ensuring automation is operating correctly.● Add Airchecks sent by emails to dropbox and current sheets.
