CTBJ Company se complace en anunciar una nueva oportunidad de trabajo para un AI Offer Specialist con experiencia en administración.
Nos entusiasma encontrar un candidato que pueda unirse a nuestro equipo en crecimiento y desempeñarse en un entorno estimulante y desafiante.
Responsabilidades
Desarrollar y gestionar ofertas de AI para nuestros clientes, asegurando un proceso eficiente y sin contratiempos.
Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas y los gerentes de cuentas para comprender las necesidades de los clientes y personalizar las ofertas en consecuencia.
Asegurar la precisión y la integridad de la información en las ofertas, incluyendo los términos y condiciones, los precios y los plazos de entrega.
Mantener un conocimiento actualizado de los productos y servicios de AI de la empresa, así como de la competencia en el mercado.
Trabajar en proyectos especiales según se requiera, proporcionando apoyo administrativo a otros equipos.
Requisitos
Licenciatura en administración de empresas u otro campo relevante.
Al menos 3 años de experiencia en la creación y gestión de ofertas en un entorno empresarial.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación tanto escritas como verbales en español.
Capacidad demostrada para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
Conocimientos básicos de tecnología de AI y su aplicación en el mundo empresarial.
Experiencia en el uso de sistemas CRM y herramientas de gestión de ofertas.
