AI ENGINEER SENIOR - REMOTE (USA/MEX)

Bizee is a national document filing service company strictly specializing in the formation of business entities. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, Bizee has assisted in the formation of over 1 million Corporations and LLCs. Now, we are looking for you! We are seeking a highly skilled AI Expert/AI Engineer to join our team and drive the development of internal (and potentially external in the future) AI tools. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in AI/ML, with experience in deploying AI solutions in a business environment or a robust academic background in AI/ML. This role is crucial to automating processes, enhancing decision-making capabilities, and improving operational efficiency. AI Engineer/AI Advisor  Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain AI tools tailored to business and/or customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and integrate AI solutions into existing workflows. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high accuracy and performance. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies to identify potential applications. Create technical documentation and provide training for internal stakeholders on using AI tools effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI/ML models and data pipelines. Qualifications: Professional or Academic experience working with AI Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and/or AI APIs (GPT, LangChain/LangGraph, oLlama, etc.) Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models into production environments. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. PhD in a relevant field is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy. Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for AI/ML deployment. Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
