Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Líder responsable de la planeación agronómica y la implementación de la misma.
Bajo su liderazgo se busca incrementar la productividad de las hectáreas sembradas (mínimo 1MT de cacao seco por hectárea) y el aumento anual de la superficie cultivada.
Responsabilidades.
- Planificar las actividades de campo de manera semanal en colaboración con un equipo de 35 trabajadores, asegurando una distribución eficiente de tareas durante todo el año.
- Gestionar el presupuesto asignado para la plantación, optimizando el uso de recursos y garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos financieros.
- Reportar de manera semanal y mensual los avances y resultados de la plantación, identificando áreas de mejora y oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Tomar decisiones relacionadas con recursos humanos, incluyendo contrataciones, capacitaciones y evaluaciones de desempeño.
- Coordinar la adquisición de materiales necesarios para las actividades de campo, asegurando la calidad y disponibilidad oportuna.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora técnica en el cultivo de cacao y proponer soluciones innovadoras, en colaboración con expertos y agrónomos.
Requisitos.
Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Agronomía, recursos forestales o afín.
Conocimientos.
Cultivo de Cacao, Gestión de equipos, Cartografía, Jefe de Campo.
Ofrecemos.

Sueldo Base.
