REQUIREMENTS.
Hybrid work (Office and Home Office) Monterrey San Pedro.
4+ years of experience in a similar role Level English fluent (B2-C1).
Experience participating in a specific organization from methodology, management and administrative perspectives.
In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Proficiency in serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead, guiding teams through Agile practices.
Strong facilitation and communication skills for conducting Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
Guides the team through choosing and evolving their way of working.
Facilitates close collaboration across all roles and functions.
Ensures that the team is fully functional and productive.
Removes impediments.
Protects the team from interruptions and external interferences.
Maintains open, honest communication between everyone involved.
Coaches others in the use and application of agile practices.
Promotes the team to discuss and think through issues when they are identified.
