dentify and justify Advance Manufacturing key processes and equipment.
rovide support for manufactured cost analyses of new and existing products.
ssist in the development and release of standardized manufacturing documentation such as workmanship standards, work instructions, drawings, and BOMs.
mplement best manufacturing practices for existing processes and provide multi-site manufacturing engineering support.
versee the development and execution of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects for Vertiv manufacturing facilities.
esearch and lead new manufacturing technologies and practices.
oordinate cross-plant problem-solving teams to improve operating performance and meet business objectives.
ssist with business-critical capital projects including facility planning, layout, and cost justification.
evelop and implement manufacturing plans for new products.
ct as a Technical Advisor for Vertiv manufacturing facilities.
pecify manufacturing process capabilities and develop Process FMEAs to improve product manufacturability and quality.
UALIFICATIONSPC working knowledge (MS Office, PDM system, CADD, Minitab)Facility or Production Line Layout development (using AutoCad or equivalent)Strong Mechanical aptitudeKnowledge of assembly and fabrication processesKnowledge of Design tools, methods, and new technologiesWorking knowledge of financial and business applicationsSkill in vendor analysis and negotiationsStrong communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels of the organizationEffective use of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma process improvement tools.
