¿Qué harás como ADP Time & Labor Management (e-Time) Configurator en SEE? En este rol, serás responsable de configurar, mantener y optimizar el módulo e-Time de ADP para garantizar un registro preciso de tiempo, procesamiento de nómina y cumplimiento de las normativas laborales en Estados Unidos, México y otros países de América Latina.
Tus tareas incluyen la configuración de planes de tiempo y ausencia, gestión de información de empleados relacionada con asistencia y permisos, creación y análisis de reportes, y soporte al proceso de nómina en lo que respecta a la gestión de tiempo y asistencia.
¿Por qué te necesitamos? Para configurar planes de tiempo y ausencia, mantener la información de los empleados relacionada con asistencia y permisos, gestionar y crear horarios, elaborar y ejecutar reportes, y dar soporte al proceso de nómina en lo que respecta a tiempo y asistencia.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones laborales federales, estatales y locales en temas de tiempo y asistencia; coordinando los cambios de cumplimiento con los equipos de Nómina y RH para impactar positivamente en personas, procesos y tecnología.
Coordinar y realizar pruebas del sistema, tanto de entrada como de salida, para los cambios implementados.
Generar y analizar reportes que apoyen la toma de decisiones e identifiquen tendencias en tiempo y asistencia.
Supervisar el rendimiento del sistema y recomendar mejoras para incrementar la eficiencia.
Participar en proyectos e iniciativas interdepartamentales de RH, liderando los flujos de trabajo de proyectos relacionados con gestión de tiempo y permisos.
¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito en el rol? Inglés Avanzado Conversacional (reporta a USA) Conocimientos sólidos en ADP e-Time y procesos de asistencia y nómina, con preferencia por la certificación como Especialista en Tiempo y Asistencia de ADP.
Capacidad para resolver problemas de forma independiente y habilidades analíticas para la toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
Dominio de Microsoft Office, en especial Excel, así como experiencia en sistemas HRIS y nómina.
Habilidades en gestión de proyectos, incluyendo la planificación, priorización y colaboración en iniciativas relacionadas con RH.
