ROLE.
Provide sales and marketing support for Lubrizol Advanced Materials Business in Southeast Asia to ensure effective and efficient operations   RESPONSIBILITIES.
Run sales report from BOBJ Manage the administration of daily sales tasks Work with sales team and input forecast into the rolling forecast system Input pricing for approval through Vendavo Organize sample stocks and dispatch samples to customers  Organize promotional brochures CRM systems management including Sharepoint, SAP and CRM Update standard and customers price lists Update end-user reports Organize prototype stocks Compile and share success stories Manage distributor agreements and SAP purchases Organize customer seminars and internal meetings Make Travel Arrangements (Flight / hotel / taxi bookings) Arrange accommodation and transfers for overseas visitors Manage and update office room keys   KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE.
Possess Diploma qualification or above Proficient in written and oral English.
Knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage Proficient in office administration and secretarial practices and procedures, such as business letter writing and the operation of common office equipment, including computer applications related to the work   #LI-KS1 Ready for your next career step?
