CDMX | Hybrid Model As an Account Receivable Team Lead you will manage accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments, accurate postings, and thorough reconciliations.
Your role includes fraud detection through billing run analyses and maintaining precise ledger accounts.
Additionally, you will supervise a support team, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with other supervisors, all while adhering to policies and procedures under managerial guidance.
Key Responsibilities.
illing and Collection Management.
versee the billing processes for USA operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
anage credit notes, re-invoicing, and cancellations.
nvestigate and understand the reasons behind re-invoicing to ensure accounting accuracy.
eam Leadership.
ead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to deadlines.
evelop and enhance managerial skills within the team.
nsure no pending tasks and respect deadlines.
Stakeholder Communication.
ct as the primary contact for local finance teams in the USA.
aintain clear and assertive communication with stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned.
