We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Accounts Receivable Analyst with a background in accounting or finance. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, a B1 level of English proficiency or higher, and experience in customer service and supplier portfolio management. This role involves managing delinquent accounts, conducting collection calls, and collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient credit and collections processes.

Who you are

Have an accounting, finance or related degree
English level B1 or higher
Excellent Excel skills
Have experience in customer service and supplier portfolio management.
You are a proactive, dynamic person, you like customer service with people and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Review open invoices to identify delinquent accounts.
Initiates and receives businesstobusiness collection calls.
Manages assigned portfolio Through relationship building and the ability to innovatively problem solve.
Works hand in hand with Credit Analyst, Collections Analyst, and Sales in terms of new applications, renewal, and revocation of credits facility.
Communicates collections results issues with the Team Lead or Collections Manager.
Participates in conference calls with the Sales team and customers.
Communicates collections results issues with the Team Lead or Collections Manager.
Log transactions in AR tool collections with the use of SAP and other legacy systems to perform collections.
