This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices on the first day.
You can apply from Mexico City, Jalisco, or states around them within a 6-hour drive distance.
Activities.
Assist with collection functions through data entry Track and retrieve certified mail receipts from our online database Learn internal systems and processes to support Bank Return Notification actions, unassigned portal login requests, portal billing inquiries, and fee waiver requests Key attention to detail in maintaining homeowner records Assist homeowners with online account access, resetting passwords, online payments, and paperless billing Generate refund check requests Code Invoices to proper GL Code Review homeowner accounts and process voids/adjustments Retrieve and save collection reports for distribution to our Boards Support our collection efforts while maintaining compliance with Civil Codes and regulations while adhering to the Associations collection policy Other duties and special projects as assigned Work Schedule.
Monday to Friday Standard time.
