Be part of a great team as an Accounts Payable Clerk for an International Company.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Excellent English Level 1 - 2 years in accounts payable position Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing Experience in Manufacturing Industries/Aerospace (No mandatory) Activities.
Will be responsible for maintaining all functions of the accounts payable process in a timely and efficient manner.
Matching invoices and receivers; coding the invoices without a PO to the proper GL accounts.
Process check requests and credit card payments outside the normal cycle as needed.
Perform timely reconciliations of accounts payable and credit card statements.
Mailing of all vendor payments.
Filing the check copies and paid invoices.
Research, track and resolve any accounting issues.
