As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will manage our collections process, and will have the opportunity to understand the overall Shipping industry.

Key Responsibilities.
Create, manage, and resolve errors in purchase orders Process and verify invoices.
Coordinate vendor payments and allocate them to corresponding invoices.
Perform vendor reconciliations.
Create and maintain vendor master data.
Resolve invoice queries by communicating directly with vendors.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders through various channels (email, telephone, Voice Call, etc).
Demonstrate knowledge of taxes and tax compliance.
Achieve agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators results in the above tasks.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess.
Skills requirements.
Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of experience in the Accounts Payable function.
Intermediate or higher English language proficiency (oral and written).
Prior experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems is a plus.
Proficiency in Mifrosoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and the internet.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Strong personal attributes.
