Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting HR and management functions.
Your key responsibilities will include.
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Organize and file documents and vouchers related to accounts.
Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and filing of returns (e.
., TDS, GST, advance tax, PF).
Raise sales/service invoices and process payments.
Follow up on outstanding dues with vendors and reconcile account statements.
Finalize accounts as per MCA and IT department guidelines.
Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
Handle TDS and GST-related tasks, including filing returns.
Ensure compliance with all financial and statutory regulations.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and management teams to support operational needs.
Assist in employee record maintenance and policy implementation as required.
Any other associated task or responsibilities assigned from time to time by the organization.
Job Requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
3 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
Experience with finalization of accounts and reconciliation tasks.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.
., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
