You’ll handle everything from data entry to customer communications, making sure payments are on track and records are accurate.
Maintain Financial Records – You’ll use QuickBooks to perform data entry and ensure all financial records are up to date.
Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations – Keep our accounts in order by reconciling bank and credit card statements.
Manage Payments – Oversee incoming payments, track scheduled and pending transactions, and follow up on any declined payments.
Handle Collections Accounts – Proactively engage with customers to ensure payments are collected on time and address any payment issues.
Coordinate Deposits – Ensure timely collection of deposits, working with banks and customers to resolve any challenges.
Customer Communications – Communicate with customers to follow up on collections, address payment concerns, and resolve any issues that may arise.
The Profile What You’ll Need To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a QuickBooks expert with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
QuickBooks Expertise – At least 2 years of hands-on experience using QuickBooks is a must.
Strong Communicator – You’ll need excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Familiarity with Google Apps – Experience with Google Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is a plus, but not required.
