Some of the initial activities
Stamp invoices and payments for Mexico office
Schedule the payroll for Mexico office
Day to day billing for the rest of the countries
Accounts Receivable Collections
Accounts Payable Compilance
Reconciling
Monitoring of vendors portals
End of the month reports
Enter monthly expenses

Qualifications
Professional accounting experience and strong accounting skills
Experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce and Contpaq
Excellent organizational Skills
