With a 48-hour work week, the analyst is expected to take on an assigned workflow and complete it to the highest quality.
Responsibilities 1.
Complete daily activities without carry over.
2.
Maintain effective communication with your team and senior lead to receive improvement opportunities to work on.
3.
Detect and propose improvements to processes and systems in use.
4.
Maintain assigned quality and productivity indicators.
5.
Be willing to seek new opportunities for personal development and adapt to changes that may arise due to the department's needs.
6.
The G08 analyst will be able to process most of the activities assigned to the department; except for activities related to citations, ID theft and batches posting.
Requirements.
High School (mandatory) Full Bachelor´s degree.
(preferred) Proficiency in Excel/Outlook as well as a good comfort level adapting to new computer systems.
Fluent English.
Must be able to communicate written and verbally in English.
Skills/Competencies.
Basic understanding of the auto finance industry.
