What's the role? As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the very foundation of our direct sales model.

What does the role involve? As an Account Manager you will develop our clients and find the ways in which we can ease their operations and give them support with our innovative solutions.
You will find yourself in different contexts, jobsites, companies, or offices and manufacturing sites.

What you need is.
University degree in Economy or Engineering (considered as an advantage) At least 2 - 3 years of professional experience in sales (considered as an advantage) High motivation level, passion for sales, team player, attention to detail and result oriented High commitment proven in previous work experiences Excellent communication skills High level of courage High level of integrity Proficiency in Croatian (advanced/native) Proficiency in English (at least Intermediate level) Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Driver’s license B Why should you apply?
