osition Overview.
e are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Executive to manage client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of our recruitment services.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in client management, and the ability to address client concerns with a focus on resolving issues promptly.
ey Responsibilities.
lient Relationship Management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
ssue Resolution.
Proactively resolve any client issues related to recruitment services, driver placements, or operational challenges, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
ommunication Liaison.
Act as the bridge between recruiters and clients, ensuring seamless communication to meet both parties' expectations and requirements.
lient Onboarding \u Support.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, clearly explaining our services, and offering ongoing support throughout the client lifecycle.
ustomer Service Excellence.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to requests and building strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
ccount Growth.
Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, suggesting solutions and improvements to add value to their operations.
eporting \u Feedback.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress, driver performance, and overall account status.
nternal Report Generation.
Create detailed reports for internal management based on client touchpoints, including communication logs, issue resolution status, and account health.
ollaboration.
Work closely with internal teams (recruiting, operations, and leadership) to ensure client needs are being met and exceeded.
ata Management.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and recruitment activities in CRM systems.
ualifications.
roven experience in account management, customer service, or a related role, ideally within the recruiting or logistics industry.
xcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
trong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards issue resolution.
bility to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
