To deliver excellent customer experiences and scalable, robust product support, the toolkit of interconnected platforms for monitoring, alerting and ticketing must be tightly correlated and expertly planned.
As a Business Analyst on the Digital Support Operations team you will be charged with the responsibility of understanding, analyzing and optimizing business processes used by our product support teams such that you can translate them into orchestrated experiences and tools within our platforms.
This role requires the ability to manage small teams and projects, orchestrate Scrum ceremonies and other Agile-related efforts, while serving as an SME to operations teams and teaching them the best ways to utilize our toolset in their daily support processes.
Minimum Degree Required.
Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience.

Working Knowledge of ServiceNow ServiceNow Administration Certification Knowledge of ServiceNow CSM, ITIL and ITOM principles and modules 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow JavaScript knowledge or basic ability to review coded aspects of ServiceNow configurations/customizations Working knowledge of Agent Workspace, Flow Designer and ServiceNow Reporting Working knowledge of industry leading practices associated with ITIL, DevOps and Agile; Experience integrating toolsets and utilizing APIs to manipulate them.
Technical writing experience Process/Project management Cloud concepts CMDB Concepts/Best Practices Working knowledge of QA best practices and principles Preferred Fields of Study.
