Responsibilities Be the principal reviewer of resources availability and/or capacity in Day shape in order to make staffing decisions; Confirm engagement end dates and assignments with staff; Maintain up to date staff schedules in Day shape and staff skills such as certifications.
Participate on staffing calls with the Deployment Consultants; Generate and/or review reports of utilization, analyze actuals vs forecasted hours and follow up with staff; Analyze, identify and communicate any trends and issues with the Deployment Consultant; Analyze utilization on a regular basis and ensure the business rules alignment according with utilization and forecast metrics; Optimize resource utilization and workforce planning to maximize efficiency.
Help staff to understand the policies (vacations, LoA´s, etc.) and help them to understand the business process.
Preferred skills HR background in workforce management, resource & capacity, deployment, people forecasting Knowledge and experience with data management, analysis and reporting, KPIs Proficient in Excel Experience working with Tableau, workflows, Power BI is considered an asset Advanced level of English Minimum years of experience required 3 years of relevant experience Additional application instructions Strong analytical skills Good communication and relationship management Educación (si está en blanco, grado y/o campo de estudio no especificado) Degrees/Field of Study required.
