This involves analysing workforce trends, applying the latest HR strategy, long-term workforce planning and improving overall employee experience.

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to foster an inclusive environment and drive the organization's commitment to DEI.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing activities related to Inclusion Networks, organizing conventions, and ensuring alignment with the organization's DEI goals.
Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of DEI principles.
They should be adept at building relationships across different levels of the organization and possess the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Experience in event planning, facilitating DEI-related workshops, and a commitment to promoting an inclusive culture are essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will also have experience managing priorities across multiple workstreams and demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate across a variety of stakeholders.

3+ Required Academic Background.
