Configure, test, and optimize VoIP solutions, including hardware, software, and integrations with third-party systems.
Proactively identify and troubleshoot VoIP-related performance issues and provide effective resolutions.
Lead the deployment of advanced VoIP features such as call routing, call center solutions, and unified communications.
Evaluate emerging VoIP technologies and recommend improvements to enhance scalability and reliability.
Implement robust security measures to protect VoIP systems from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
Train and mentor internal teams on VoIP architecture and integration practices.
