-Lead and define the strategy to deliver total plant cost reduction through structural saving projects execution. Conduct Loss Analysis process at the site and along the supply chain.
-Manage biggest automation projects to increase productivity in manufacturing/packing lines as well as business initiatives to improve the sales margin and cash efficiency.
-Owner of Loss Elimination program at the site: create capability, provide coaching and facilitate resources to project leaders for a vertical start up.

-Lead plant Quality Control organization to deliver business results: responsible of microbiological, physicochemical, sensory and packing laboratories. --Manage BOH audits succesfully to obtain GMP´s & GLP´s certificates with 0 Critical and 0 Major observations: FDA, INVIMA, ANVISA, COFEPRIS.
-Thrive strategy to deliver costs/productivity projects to increase flexibilty along the supply chain mainly throughout implementation of reduce testing and laboratory digitization.
-Develop a program to transform the organization into a better place to work by creating capability, mastery, career plans and recognition program.

-Responsible of controlling, maintaining and improving quality system in manufacturing lines. Considerable reduction of consumer complaints due to root cause elimination projects.
-Start Up leader for qualification of HVAC system and sanitary facilities of non-sterile drugs in manufacturing area to comply with BOH.
-Lead and define packing lines strategy to improve process reliability. Execution of top projects to reduce planned stops through TPM implementation.

-Successful execution of multiple projects to reduce production costs in OTC drugs packing lines. 
-Significantly reduction of materials waste by optimizing operational parameters in unit operations and doing simplification of work processes to standardize manufacturing activities.
-Responsible to increase process reliability in packing lines through the implementation of new equipment technologies to decrease unplanned stops.
