Project asssitant-chinese language specialist

Report and direct support to the PMO director in the required project process
Establish and maintain project staff tracking files
Control and document on-boarding and off-boarding of project resources
Responsible for the project resources recruitment working with the HR department according to project scope
Support facilities management and maintenance activities of a large office environment
Assist in developing and updating the project schedule and weekly look-ahead plans
Maintain and monitor progress tracking tools in Excel and create reports to meet project and customer needs
Prepare information for internal review meetings and proactively manages action resolution to ensure project delivery
Responsible for the training organization and certifications for the employees

Training for the Service Center and Call Center based on the OPPO China  Post sale customer service
Supervision of the logistic, repair process and fulfillment time provided by the Service Center  
Report to OPPO China the obtained results of the Service Center and the Call Center service
Validation and monitor the reported phone issues  to OPPO China
Technical support to the Customer Service Center of Telcel for the warranty and repair process, logistic, technical issues, manuals and technical service newsletter

Responsible for the planning, evaluation and promotion of the "Program of Scholarships Mexico City-China"
Organization of the Logistics and Administrative Management Responsible of the Administration "Center for Chinese-Mexican Studies" Web Site
Prepared monthly, semiannual and yearly reports.
Participation in the logistical organization of academic seminars

Teach Chinese Language  and culture to childrens and adults
