In charge of the machinery and equipment transference, building maintenance and security; coordinator of construction, electrical, ductwork and general installation of the plant opening; responsible of purchase department; implementation of programs control of equipment and tooling; coordination projects for new products; analysis and control of the efficiency and quality of the maintenance department; purchases of equipment, parts and miscellaneous; reporting to Plant Manager.

•	In charge of projects of 3 plants opening.
•	Participation on ISO 9001-2000 Quality System Certification.
•	All the transference projects of new machinery and production lines were made in time and forms, fulfilling all company and government regulations, qualification of the personnel, and the development of continuous improvements plans made by maintenance department.

Company dedicated to the elaboration of Ford automotive harnesses and molding parts.
•	Person in charge of the general installation of two plants, one opening; implementation of maintenance programs and system; training of the technician personnel; and participation in the certification of QS 9000, world quality systems required by Ford. Reporting to Maintenance Manager.
•	The system of quality QS 9000, the one was obtained and translated in greater confidence and increases in contracts of Plant Ford.
•	It was reduced to 1% of the machinery and equipment down time, by means of the identification and resolution of the operational problems and better distribution and allotment of responsibilities to the personnel.
•	I reduced less of 50% of expenses by installations and spare parts, through the studies and valuation of activities in maintenance. 

Experience in operation plant, production and maintenance management. Experience in powder coating areas, automotive harnesses, industrial cables, electric conductors, aerospace devices. Experience in the opening plants, production lines transferences and installation of machinery and equipment (Nad Cap Welding and Soldering process, Molding plastic presses, extrusion presses, sheet metal performed process, laser NC stamping presses, CNC, LP and Electric furnaces, robotic equipment, paint booth and more); Engineering process;  purchasing experience; coordination of environment control; security and hygiene; implementation and handling of production and maintenance programs; personnel coordination; quality control standards; and personnel training.
