+ Works closely with quality inspectors to resolve quality issues.
 + Provide attention and service to Clients in their Facilities, to achieve the satisfaction expected by them (failures, returns, complaints, stock problems and / or quality and guarantees), giving feedback on the main problems reported by the client
 + Perform inspections and establish quality assurance test models for the analysis of raw materials, materials in process and finished products.
 + Responsible for making courtesy visits to solve customer complaints and offer corrective actions.
 + Elaborate, analyze and provide feedback on skill matrices
 + Manages and supervises the effectiveness of project start-ups and closings.
 + Prepare Process Audits and manage the result

+ Works closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering team members and Production Control departments to resolve quality concerns.
 + Provide attention and service to Clients in their Facilities, to achieve the satisfaction expected by them (failures, returns, complaints, stock problems and  quality and guarantees), giving feedback on the main problems reported by the client.
  + Quantify and Identify rejected material on the customer's assembly line to give constant feedback to the plants

+ Works closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering team members and Production Control departments to resolve quality concerns.
+ Initiates, completes and monitors corrective action reports, utilizing team-oriented problem-solving methods.
+ Works closely with Quality Manager in maintaining industry compliance certification principles procedures and ethics.
+ Performs inspections and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products.
+ Prepare quality metrics for management reviews.
+ Perform quality assurance reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including company quality records.
+ Review parts and identify scrap rates that need to be discussed by scrap team. 
+ Liaison with 3rd party contractors in case to establish a sorting activity at Schaeffler plant or customer facility.
+ Inspect and analyze returned materials and work closely with the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) team to determine the status and disposition of materials. 
+ Responsible to create the PPAP package to customer. 
+ Performed a capacity studies in the machines (CPK & CMK).
+ Execution of product audits, process, shipment and poka-yokes in the responsible area.
