SR HR COODINATOR

What's the role? Effectively end-to-end leading of People project and initiatives.
Provides practical business and communication support to the HR PMO.
Applies operational practices and interlocks with related teams.
Main Responsibilities (Facilitation support regarding) People Project/Initiative management e.
.
planning and organization, leading projects and initiatives.
Collecting and analyzing data related to projects/initiatives to measure progress, identify risks and make recommendations for improvement.
Partnering on communication and marketing with the Corporate Communication team within the People function.
Ensuring that we have an annual People communication plan, preparing communications updates, and answering questions.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement within People projects and implementing more efficient working methods.
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling/setting-up meetings, preparing presentations.
Works under limited supervision Supports cross functional groups within HERE to meet and exceed expectations on program deliverables.
Supports all HERE programs and projects by following the HERE Project Management engagement model.
This includes completing all required program deliverables, standards and best practices.
Scope Sr HR Coordinator an individual contributor role supporting project groups Participates to the delivery of business impactful projects.
Examples include achievement of program business case, cost savings and/or productivity gains Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team Uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency Who are you? Experience 2 -4 years of related experience Project management experience is a plus Proven ability to interface with all levels across the HERE and customer landscape; ability to manage up, down and across effectively Competencies Ability to explain detailed and complicated information to the team Experience in motivating cross functional teams Outstanding oral and written communications and presentation skills in English Team player who can also work independently Adaptable and flexible as projects often encounter unexpected changes and challenges Go-getter/development mindset     HERE is an equal opportunity employer.
